在UL插头标准里好像没有这种标法，看ANSI/NEMA WD6标准。

ANSI/NEMA WD6标准里面对没有标公差的尺寸是有说明的：

一楼的尺寸设计是合理的.
" O' ]! z7 Y/ u6 M. c. q标准就是参照二楼的那个图,不过二楼恰恰把插座的那个图给漏掉了.' X  D% `5 V2 a; G; B, d
算下插座的尺寸就知道了.& c! s, A- U; B6 |$ B
插头铜片外面14.6MAX的原因:: O* |& d6 w% [/ z; \
插座口短边的尺寸0.075~0.095",就是1.905~2.413mm1 G, P0 p" r. I0 B+ ~
中心距0.500",就是12.7mm: O6 U0 b  Q7 s3 b3 O$ u( H
英寸取: 1"=25.4mm# m' v: R5 z: \! W

/ h2 ?' e' P5 l8 c( [* s那两个插座孔外沿的数据就是
/ C6 x% X* P3 K; }8 ^% F0 j最小外边沿:12.7+1.905=14.605mm" w7 y0 x/ N) j' I8 q
最大外边沿:12.7+2.413=15.113mm

9 _( O! P+ B+ U- f插头铜片的内沿最小不能小于插座的最大内沿10.795mm, 楼主插头数据取10.8MIN也是合理的.. O* y" |% _! L8 I' S

不过很多详细的数据尺寸,UL817和UL498都是参照的ANSI/NEMA WD 6* c: t  g7 E1 J3 Y

0 \+ X* K- x6 k6 V我和你的想法完全一样，但是我想找到标准的依据；6 X6 J% H6 `" G: A  r6 \, L% C0 V
至于4楼所说的是插脚中心距理论上设计的公差要求，因为实际中，尤其是带插脚的一些充电器、电源等插脚有歪的现象。

对插头插销的尺寸标准ANSI/NEMA WD 6已经标得很清楚了，即使要算两插销内外的最大和最小距离应该分别是10.9MIN和14.5MAX，也就说应该按插头的标准尺寸的公差来算，怎么会按插座的尺寸来算，这个好像不合理吧。

所有 UL 插头插座尺寸现在都是以ANSI / NEMA WD6 -  2002（R2008）为准！  F( W2 e4 U9 {) A" Z
