& r% W9 t5 a+ H) ~# L最近很多UL申请的案例出现客户提供了零部件的UL认证证书，但是在做结构检查的时候往往被告知该零部件不符合UL标准的要求。
+ M8 p/ e2 ^# b' u' A很多客户很费解。现举例如下：
0 a+ a, g' [' _6 D: T8 _UL1012 的APPENDIX A要求满足：6 r" v8 @- p' W, }3 H# o$ v
Electromagnetic Interference Filters – UL 12835 O) M8 P! b- a0 y+ ~' s
的EMI元件才是可以接受的。7 i' G* d& J) m# i4 p+ R  u
CCN为FOKY2 Electromagnetic Interference Filters - Component是满足UL1283。

9 U( @+ e8 D3 o5 q' z  Y* b( _CSA C22.2 No. 107.1 要求：
, o  q/ Y) [0 Y+ b- l: W4.12 Suppressors
8 P* ~( C$ J9 ^" [; ?% W$ _
4.12.1
Suppressors used for suppressing radio interference shall comply with the requirements of CSA Standard
C22.2 No. 8.; J0 b5 E; s* E9 G; N: Y
才是满足标准的要求。
( L/ Y! ?6 V5 F+ Q3 u  r4 V0 u0 \CCN为FOKY8 Electromagnetic Interference Filters Certified for Canada - Component才是满足C22.2 No. 8的要求。
) ~7 i7 A3 U' W; B. q" H/ V0 e0 w2 ?' ~. }. _5 J
但是很多客户提供CCN为：
" c& Z" Q; A( E! ?0 WFOWX2 Across-the-line Capacitors, Antenna-coupling Components, Line-bypass Components and Fixed Capacitors for Use in Electronic Equipment满足UL 1414或UL 60384-14的要求。$ L3 y! e, d* E( f
FOWX8 Across-the-line Capacitors, Antenna-coupling Components, Line-bypass Components and Fixed Capacitors for Use in Electronic Equipment Certified for Canada 仅仅满足CSA-C22.2 No.1-1994, "Radio, Television and Electronic Apparatus 或CAN/CSA-E60384系列标准。* S  n! n9 |- v' L$ B$ }) p6 j

So that depends on how deeply you understand the related UL standards, UL engineer never told you that it's acceptable if the components which used on the end products are UL R/C and/or Listed components, still need to be evaluated as per the standards of the end products even the involved components are UL R/C and/or Listed...

确实是是这样的，所以在送往测试前，公司内部的实验室要测试好

这个问题我们也碰到过，多数情况UL和CSA是互认的，都说元器件有了UL证书，加拿大也是承认的。+ D3 X! W5 {; g. o6 _2 S, K# j; T
但是现在看来就不一定对了。既然加拿大承认UL的证书，那位什么CCN还要高2结尾和8结尾呢。# Z" x/ M7 k6 {# V% m
哪位大神能总结一下，加拿大和美国认证关系的帖子。, ~* R% V6 F- ^% h  s; ^

接受零部件的依据是标准，而不是有认证就能用。
