问题1：这个150%功率，是调节输入电压，知道功率达到150%，大家都是采用调压器调节的吗？7 }, P4 u) H. X; A7 U( Q5 C( f( ~
问题2：是否还需要按照IEC62031-2008 13.2 overpower condition % |& M/ `( y i0 t2 N0 lafter finalising the overpower mode ,the module is operated under normal conditons until theermally being stable .1 c) P- V/ V( n& s6 M% i; `
是否还需要150%功率施加完毕，恢复到正常工作电压直到热稳定。机构是否还进行绝缘电阻试验？ G9 t* W4 @: b h. ]6 ~; `9 Z" d S

1，若是对自整流灯整灯的过功率测试，直接通过调节调压器，是很难达到1.5倍功率的，除非制造商有申明过功率测试的电压；6 _' g( g" m" x* D/ x* E7 C
2，应是先正常热稳定，再进行15mins的异常吧
