13.2 the lamp is switched on at ambinent temperature (definition as in IEC/TS 62504 and conditions as indicated by the manufacturer or the power is increased until 150%of the rated power is reached.
. l3 ]( y2 I8 Ithe test is continued until the lamp is thermally stabilised. a stable condition is reached, if the lamp cap temperature does not change by more than 1k in 1h the lamp shall withstand the extreme electrical conditions for at least 15min , after stabilization is reached.
. T: Q& D8 N6 y1 t6 J+ {/ La lamp which fails safe and has withstood the extreme electrical conditions for 15min ,has passed the test, provideed the compliance(see 4.1 and 13.6) is fulfilled.9 O0 D6 n( i  S2 X2 L$ X. E
问题1:这个150%功率,是调节输入电压,知道功率达到150%,大家都是采用调压器调节的吗?7 }, P4 u) H. X; A7 U( Q5 C( f( ~
问题2:是否还需要按照IEC62031-2008 13.2 overpower condition
% |& M/ `( y  i0 t2 N0 lafter finalising the overpower mode ,the module is operated under normal conditons until theermally being stable .1 c) P- V/ V( n& s6 M% i; `
是否还需要150%功率施加完毕,恢复到正常工作电压直到热稳定。机构是否还进行绝缘电阻试验?

1.电源+功率计
. e1 @) j5 h; r0 J3 p" g2.对滴,还要测试绝缘电阻 DC1000V

1,若是对自整流灯整灯的过功率测试,直接通过调节调压器,是很难达到1.5倍功率的,除非制造商有申明过功率测试的电压;6 _' g( g" m" x* D/ x* E7 C
2,应是先正常热稳定,再进行15mins的异常吧
