标题: IEC 60335-2-30標准11項發熱測試
請問塑膠暖風機的出氣口柵格溫升限制是多少？我看了GS報告記錄是130K，但在101表格內顯示風扇式加熱器應為175K。另熱偶線應布點在那個位置才正確？

应是175K. 热电偶就贴在栅格上,因为标准是说"The temperature rise of surface of heater -----"

根据60335-5-30 表101:
Air-outlet grillesa and their immediate surrounds that are of metal and accessible to the test rod b:
– fan heaters 175K
– other heaters:130K
你这是塑料的外壳,是没有极限值要求的.但30章的球压测试要通过.

楼主的报告所列比标准规定的严格.但标准确实没有对塑料材料出风口有限值.

很多公司如楼上理解.
我认为这样理解有点不妥.
由楼上这样说,只要是出风口栅栏都是175K或130K,对于那部分用test rod b触不到的出风口栅栏也需考滤?如出风口栅栏内部.
所以that are of metal and accessible to the test rod b是修饰Air-outlet grilles and their immediate surrounds .
