Capacitor is passive electronic component. In some test standards, the components are divided into two types:
( a& T8 j: o9 m, F. Y- K. w, a4 B    - passive component (such as resistor, capacitor, inductor and etc)0 @  O9 _; s7 ^- |2 ~% G" n8 p$ V) `
    - active component (TRIAC, Transistor, DIAC, IC)

8 W5 M9 T! a/ Y) T0 e! I3 n. PIf a product only consists of the passive components, this product is not considered getting the electronic circuitry. + y+ s6 c1 ?$ b( ?

On the other hand, if a product contains the active components, it will be classified getting the electronic circuitry inside.3 p  j, \$ b- I( a% _1 u" S

  e* d% y& x- E1 ADifferent test standard will put its classification in different clause. Just saying for example, the EN55014-2 defines the electronic circuitry in Clause 4.

只是不一定是关键元件

电容是通常意义上的电子元件，但在家电标准里面，不属电子元件。

是电子原件 但是这个电路不一定是电子线路
