1.- Electrical Insulation Test

metal part1. Insulation value will be up to 2 MΩ4 X8 r  y! ^& ~% p
2.- Dielectric Strength
4 N& p) f  K4 T, h3000 V AC will be applied between any pole and accessible metal part, for' x* K. a5 V( E1 [
1 minute. No flashover or breakdown shall occur during the test.

第一请问是不是电气绝缘强度，是做什么测试的？有专门的仪器测试吗？5 ~8 h6 r$ @$ M! P0 z
第二的意思是不是指打高压？! e0 T) A! }- N/ w# d- c
第三是泄露电流，这个没问题。。: y2 h6 q0 B% f

5 K8 B) O! o/ c1 c- L现在就是第一个电气绝缘强度是什么测试，是不是包含在打高压里面？

1. 测试绝缘强度的, 是有专门仪器的, 我们通常要求是10MΩ, 一般都能过.你的是从哪份标准中拷出来的, 60335里面是没有这个要求的.日本的小家电标准是不要求打高压,只测试绝缘强度的.

The first one is for insulation resistance test, and the second one is high voltage test, normally, these two tests can be finished on one test equipment, anyway there is also special use test equipment for the insulation resistance test...

could you show us how to perform the insulation resistance test on the Dielectric Strength Tester?

yah,i confirm the second test can do it only one equiement inculding the third test.

分别是绝缘电阻，打耐压，泄漏电流三个测试。

Leakage current test should be performed on special tester, not on Dielectric Strength Tester.

绝缘电阻测试跟打耐压是用同一个仪器做的，漏电流是用另外的仪器做的测试，绝缘电阻是在LN到金属外壳之间加500VDC，电阻只要大于4M则pass,打耐压是在LN到金属外壳或端子，加3000Vrms，不会击穿就pass.
