标题: 关于UL产品认证失败相关收费问题

在UL申请认证须知里有一条：
# K$ M& N% F7 E$ h* G, p( a4 H如果送样失败，会要求重新送样，并且加收50%服务费用。请问这个加收50%费用是在什么基础上的？是在总报价的基础上吗？4 a! W: E7 b" l8 a8 e9 ?5 `6 o
如我公司现在有4款产品要送UL，报价6-8W，那如果都失败了，重新送样，加收50%的费用是否是6-8W*50%？

你做UL认证应该是送到第三方实验室做测试的吧？难道不能问他们这个费用怎么算么？

程序上是这样的，不过实际执行当中，就看有没有熟人，或者UL的业务是否帮忙了2 q" T9 U- y8 _  h" z

一般如果找代理做目击的话，回旋的余地会比较大

Don't looking forward to the agency, it's much more expensive, directly contact with UL Suzhou office, but you must have the idea that the certification fee for UL, normally it's a little high...# O  _7 W" l1 Z( h( h& V0 O
If your company is a big, well fame one, then you can use your fame to discuss with UL about the certification fee and the time frame, but the discount also must be limited and you must have strong reasons to persuade the UL to accept your standpoint, and if your company is a small one, then forget it, there will be no discount, at this time, you'd better to study and read your products' standard carefully and show your capability about the standards, then the UL engineer will not cheat you so easily, for example, there are so many exceptions in the UL standards, maybe for one test item, the UL engineer is not so sure that whether it's needed, and at this time, if you know, you can discuss it with the UL engineer and maybe, it can be exempt, then money will be saved....

50%大致就是再收一半的费用

关于加收50%的服务费用是指：专案的总报价*50%) n; {3 G& _0 V/ y8 {
这个文件的支持是在与UL签订合约上和案子的报价单上有体现。. n. `( ^0 O4 R

If you always look forward to the agency, I can tell you you will be improved very slowly, and you also will be confused by lots of things during the certification work, everything related with the certification, you know a little, but  not so deep, so what I suggest is you can try to do the certification work directly with UL for one time, then later on, you will be familiar with the ceritification process and you also will be improved much more during this kind of work....

工厂不是为了认证而认证，其目的是得到授权，并且得到客户群的认可！
6 ?  @9 Q( N) E; V2 U. _2 l认证的过程很重要吗？
. r/ {1 _3 \+ S# s/ T- M我不是专职搞产品认证的，因为我不是工程或研发的人员，我只是做工厂体系维护，外加做这个认证的外部联络。虽然可以通过与UL联系可以学到很多东西，但是这个效率很低！( O/ l' G, n$ A9 G$ Y! x
还不如用这个时间学自己认为有价值的东西，有利于职业发展。我想每个人都有自己的职业规划吧！
1 [& J; c! m- P& n. G0 g自己去走一个陌生的路途，还不如问问咨询机构，有些事情目的性强，是一个很好的心态！
