a new question: 3 Y n1 S d2 V a foot massage is opertaed with the cantain filled with water accorded to the MAX level. The function was contained: vibration+heating+blowing+infrared lens; but the heating function is provided by heating wire and the power is far from less than motor power. I read the GS report from the NEMKO laboratory,they marked that the appliance was heating appliance . But I think the appliance is moter-operated appliance or combined appliance. which opinion is suitable ?
