如图是日本的绳索厚度要求，只针对供小孩拉的玩具上的绳索的，比较专业,EN71的是否学习一下？

4.2.2.4 用於18 個以下兒童用的玩具中的繩和彈性繩(參考7.11.12)+ S; r, ?, d) Q" h7 y0 P
含有附件的繩子在承受25±2N 的拉力後長度不可過300mm.& M9 w# u- E- x( ?$ V: @6 Z# ~" W
可形成圈的繩在承受25±2N 的拉力後其周長不可超過350mm.
  l1 j% x) X; v3 K+ g+ \定於搖籃、吊床的繩子,在用25 ±2N 的拉力拉伸時,不超過 750 mm 長度, 此條

Cords shall conform to the following requirements:

c) The perimeter of any nooses on cords shall not exceed 380 mm when stretched by a force of (25 ± 2) N.

e) Cords intended to be fixed across cradles, cots, perambulators etc., shall not exceed 750 mm when2 c7 m  ]  n9 F. d  z; B( j
stretched by a force of (25 ± 2) N, and their length under these conditions shall be not more than 40 %longer than their relaxed length.
