是电暖器，用的应为IEC60335-1/60335-2-30.。我只记得拨电后1秒钟内，插头两端的电压应降到安全电压内。只是不记行这个安全电压定为几伏了，一般来说是45V，但又好像是36V，总之记不清了。

这个你就要查法规了啊，是不是42.4V啊？你在到法规中确认一下吧？

谢谢，好像是。我只记得日本是45V，我刚到新公司，标准没带。这边又没有。
