! b0 N" {, g# f; g' eWASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Name of Product: Evenflo Switch-A-Roo Telephone Toys4 m) Q# j- B; U- f/ b) K, u
Units: About 25,000

Hazard: A mirror decal attached to the toy can peel away, posing a potential choking hazard.

/ E8 T9 `; s, g" uDescription: The recall involves Evenflo Switch-A-Roo telephone toys made between October 2008 and June 2009. The model number is 6391911.; s, \6 V8 [. ^7 N! S8 J  Q# E" Q. M
Sold at: Juvenile product stores nationwide, including Toys 慠 Us for about $8.; V. F- U. [1 P

3 h1 H& E, ]- s6 b& U' g# l% sIncidents/Injuries: LeapFrog has received two reports of children removing the decals from this toy, including one report of a child ingesting part of the decal.  A1 _' o3 ~+ [! t
% d6 ^, W# _9 j4 s: u
Description: This recall involves My Pal Scout, a green and beige electronic plush dog with plastic decals on its paws. When those decals are pushed, the dog plays songs, speaks and barks. cout?is printed on the dog tag at the dog neck. The plush dog measures about 9 inches high by 9 inches wide. eapFrog Ent. Item No. 19142?is printed on the white tag attached to the dog and on the toy packaging. My Pal Scout dogs with embroidered paws are not included in this recall.
