根据clause 7 (IEC60691),这个参数不一定要标在证书上的。根据定义这个也是根据厂家声称的来做,如果厂家没有声称,是不需要测试的。0 X( F, G6 Q) X
对于家电产品来说,只要看Tf这个参数。 我看了thermal link 没有temperatuer of surface这个参数,所以它对其安装的表面温度没有要求。也就说我们只要查看正常是theermal link 有没有动作就可以了。5 J2 Z$ g7 V" R' c6 S
理由如下:
1。根据60691, clause 10.2做过3天的温湿度的oven试验了。温度为Tf-15.,根据11章, 经过温度和老化试验(ageing)试验后通过耐压试验了。老化温度和时间至少为Tf − 15 K for three weeks加Tf − 10 K for two weeks.所以你不用担心了。* g, @1 x7 B6 T. V# Z2 y* ?& M/ c
% [8 }- S9 }9 j# i5 v
另外根据60335,thermal link也不一定要认证的了,把它作为weak part,试验重复一边就可以了。9 G; e* M* z; l( z& r

只要条款11正常温升测试中热熔断器Thermal link不断路,就可判定测试通过?
一般情况下, thermal link上都会有一个绝缘套管或其他的绝缘的,因为引脚是带电件,要注意测试那个绝缘的温升的。8 n7 Y, X7 E" e x
