标题: 关于热熔断器Thermal link温升测试疑问---怎样判断其温升通过?
热熔断器有三个主要参数 :: J& q0 q8 o( x( j
Tf断开温度functioning open temperature,Th保持温度holding temperature, Tm最大过冲温度maximum overshoot temperature UL标准中,热熔断器英文描述为thermal cut off,但iec标准则描述为Thermal link。
. j8 D* z5 ~% J. M2 q, f1 ^* c2 X( M2 g& L7 G
热熔断器于正常温升测试中,是按照A: 热熔断器表面测的最大温度低于Tf-25,还是按照B: 热熔断器表面温度低于Th保持温度?按何标准判断通过热熔断器正常温升测试?

例如,规格为Type G4A00-216, rated 120 V, 15 A, function temperature 216C, 保持温度holding temperature为200C, 按照A执行Tf-25=191C<保持温度200C,可以理解。
. c; R8 P3 O5 E& a7 I7 ]0 C/ E3 X5 a3 E$ p4 @/ ?& l; W& Z& [
但规格为 G4A00-240, rated 120 V, 15 A, , function temperature 240C, 保持温度holding temperature为同样是200C。如果同上按照A执行Tf-25=215C>保持温度200C,此温度高于保持温度holding temperature 200C,显然不对,因为这样存在热熔断器表面温度高于保持温度的可能,对于将危害到成品机器的可靠性。

是否采用A及B的交集来判断?Tf-25,Th中那个最低采用那个?有何标准来支持?

热熔断器,具体测试起来问题也是很多,按照标准的方法,执行起来有点困难,希望哪位高手能指点下呢

如果楼主真的想知道,请提供一份证书,我给你解释,如果上面的参数是厂家提供的,那就抱歉了,因为如果没有定义,是很难确定其实际意义的,证书上的参数可以从标准上找到定义及其是如何测试和得出的。

根据clause 7 (IEC60691),这个参数不一定要标在证书上的。根据定义这个也是根据厂家声称的来做,如果厂家没有声称,是不需要测试的。0 X( F, G6 Q) X

/ H  E4 \1 [' w' s对于家电产品来说,只要看Tf这个参数。 我看了thermal link 没有temperatuer of surface这个参数,所以它对其安装的表面温度没有要求。也就说我们只要查看正常是theermal link  有没有动作就可以了。5 J2 Z$ g7 V" R' c6 S
理由如下:
- E3 A3 {+ m5 z/ l  m4 n  u- n1。根据60691, clause 10.2做过3天的温湿度的oven试验了。温度为Tf-15.,根据11章, 经过温度和老化试验(ageing)试验后通过耐压试验了。老化温度和时间至少为Tf − 15 K for three weeks加Tf − 10 K for two weeks.所以你不用担心了。* g, @1 x7 B6 T. V# Z2 y* ?& M/ c
% [8 }- S9 }9 j# i5 v
另外根据60335,thermal link也不一定要认证的了,把它作为weak part,试验重复一边就可以了。9 G; e* M* z; l( z& r

热熔断器Thermal link非正常断开的原因,除了Thermal link本身品质问题外,还有什么原因?温度过冲是主要原因吗?急需答案!
