标题: 直发器电源线摇摆测试
在60335-2-23中的25.14有如下内容：
25.14 Addition:
7 S! ?1 b1 [( C4 L# T1 CThe force applied to the supply cord of appliances provided with a swivel connection is
– 20 N, for cords having a nominal cross-sectional area exceeding 0,75 mm2;
* J: d4 ~+ J0 k& g3 _– 10 N, for other cords.
Hand-held appliances are additionally tested while mounted on an apparatus similar to that
of Figure 8 with the supply cord hanging vertically and loaded with a force of 10 N. The
0 h% n* m, O" ~, f1 {6 a! r/ ]2 soscillating part of the apparatus is moved through an angle of 180° and back to the original
position. The number of flexings is 4 000, the rate of flexing being 6 per min.
NOTE 101 The appliance is mounted so that the direction of flexing corresponds to that most likely to occur when
the supply cord is wound around the appliance for storage.
NOTE 102 This test is not carried out on appliances incorporating a swivel connection.

章节一开头就提到对带有回旋接头的电源线在做摇摆测试时所需要承受的力的要求，
- |  S& Z9 x* a' _; z: i0 A% d& Y! O但最后的NOTE2那里却说带有回旋接头的器具不需要进行电源线摇摆测试，这不是相互矛盾吗？还是说我的理解有误，求大神解答。谢谢！

一般欧洲的带360度旋转功能的就做90角度和180角度的摇摆测试，各1000次

这个是两个测试，前面说到的是90度的1000次测试，后面是4000次180度的测试。带旋转连接的仅需要做10000次的测试，不需要进行4000次的测试。

明白了，如果是这样的话，那么这标准就不冲突了
