交給你（你們）的產品不會含有物質濃度超過上述規定之上限。

3Q！！！本身我也是这么理解的，但不敢确定就问公司外贸的，但她们说超过！搞的我也理解成超过（不确定就来这里求助了，有点回家的感觉

）；另外如果是超过的话就不至于要声明了

這其實主要是指你們的產品必須承諾環保及其他一些德國法令(我不懂..)

业务拿来客户要的电子电器法规、RoHS什么的声明而已，声明产品中那些物质没有超标罢了！！！
