各位坛友，关于CB或者TUV证书上出现的申请者（Applicant）、制造商（Manufacturer）和工厂（Factory）的解释或定义，有没有什么文件上说明过的，最好有英文的，请上贴，thanks！

5. Applicant

· routine tests are performed by the factory, and initial assessment and factory surveillance* _* [% }; B$ ?: B# x$ |+ H
are carried out by a CB-FSB in the Factory Surveillance Service.

An organisation, situated at a stated location or stated locations, that carries out or controls such

国外客户在我们中国做认证，觉得便宜多了，特别实惠，所以特别愿意这样合作
