+ A5 E% z. `0 A" b7 ~) M8 U0 J0 T转换能量的半导体器件是指哪些啊？源是单指DC还是包含AC？

我觉得应该是IGBT 或Mosfet，因为这种器件正常工作就包含了导通和关断，需要额外评估短路测试.

比如MOSFET D-S之间已经短路了，那么照标准上说的，这不算是故障。另外还要再加一个？疑惑中……

主要说的是单一故障情况下，这类MOSFET短路不算故障。也即是这个故障可以与其他短开路一起实施
