       现在我只知道2013年待机功率要满足0.5W这个要求，但是不知道具体实行的国家或地区、具体的产品、及哪一类的产品，请高人指点！！

覆盖60335标准对应的产品。欧盟内的国家是必不可少的。其它国家和地区的贸易商也有增加此部分要求的。

不同国家和地区对不同电器产品的能效/能耗要求各有各的要求。

机械开关产品不适用。

应当是1W以下。但实际很多工厂的产品达不到要求

不仅只有standy mode, 有得产品还有ON/OFF mode.
