Main responsibility* p0 `; y7 |, F' B1 m
* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education
- s. g  {, v5 ]. R" `/ k* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance2 D& W6 w4 P( [, H" {
* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
1 |: X5 n4 T0 Y, p) S* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards0 I' \* M  ~: e# m0 o
* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
7 T- e! Z) c  Z, b) Q* Secure the test lead times
' h$ G& V1 X- z/ Q$ {5 l1 }* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment
4 c( ]. J0 Y- \6 i' Q0 A1 b* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.
6 t0 `5 _( p1 o* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.
, d# [! L# [$ A1 X& |7 v* Check all children and baby samples according to our children & baby safety requirements., F# C. x; u5 o* k& o, j  d
* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.# L, _& X0 h) X- V) S  b- X' z
* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.1 h# S; t; b, M, t( r  c7 B  V
* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
8 _6 F! [3 K3 \# M7 p3 t- I7 `. l* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions
  [- z' }( W3 y5 R* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment) i# h3 i" ]  w4 `
* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments" V) J5 h/ z' D( _5 J  Q* ?
* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs

Main Requirement0 ]( u) k. @/ w/ X2 W+ O
* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering
. P9 {0 a* E% O/ F1 W* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry8 d5 k* |/ F/ z& R( D* B& l
* Good command of written and oral English  I1 a1 h( B' z8 T5 I
* Good communication skill
